Westside Playboys C.C was formed by a group of Lowrider enthusiasts in Los Santos High in around the early eighties, late seventies during their final years of high school. Since the World War II ended, many Mexican American citizens started to personalize their vehicles with the knowledge they gained in the war. Many styles started to show off, such as Hot Rods and lowriders. Lowriders began having the vehicles slammed to the ground, but it was all thanks to the such homemade methods that people used, such as using heavy equipment like sand backs for more weight. Law enforcement started to fine each car owner that had their vehicles lowered in such an exaggerated way, and many veterans of war began to put their technological knowledge on the rides. Hydraulics were soon invented after that. After a few years passed, the Lowrider scene was starting to grow in such massive amounts. Across the United States, many car clubs emerged based on it, and Westside Playboys C.C was one of them, mainly located in the Temple and lower Vinewood area in Los Santos. Mainly Hispanic, the car club began hosting shows, doing competitions all around the city and ultimately recruiting people who were interested in the club. They grew and grew until Westside Playboys C.C was one of the most influential car clubs on the West coast in the United States. As their shows became more popular, more money came rolling in to get featured in magazines, promotion in movies and all that sort, and so did their greed for money. Drugs became a part of the normal routine for the club. Marijuana was their main staple in the beginning. The main dope pushers began selling during the shows discreetly, grabbing extra money. As the money rose, so did the supply. Their taste in money began going to the street corners where they originally hung out. Corner slanging and the dope trade was at it's highest point until other local gangs, especially the Maravilla Gang. Constant confrontations between the two made the Playboys to start up a clique, still affiliated with the Car Club, but banging the car club's name in the streets.

In the process of being inside of an event, the members will be forced to not wear any significant gang color or bandana. If a person wants to wear a bandana, then it shall be black or white. If a person wants to fully represent his Car Club, the person shall get a Westside Playboys C.C. shirt with the logo behind and the front.
Official car club members will reveal and represent their plaques to the fullest. The lowrider vehicles will wear a plaque either at the side of the door or at the back. New official members will receive a plaque as soon as possible, as it has to be made first.
This is a neutral car club, any sort of gang sign or provocation toward others is completely unforgivable, and there will be consequences if that kind of provocation goes further. Gang colors or any sort of shout is also punishable. If there might be drama, it shall be between C.C's but not between gangs.
IRL car names are allowed, but anyone will not respect and will still call the name by the GTA:SA car model name. It is allowed, but I do not respect that kind of things for the fact that I don't role-play the vehicles with car mods. My Virgo stays as Virgo, and not Lincoln Mark V.
This faction will also work with other gangs or crews, do not cause any sort of stupidity against them or you'll simply lose a lot respect. Businesses are businesses, I don't care what you'll say.
Enough people in this faction do drive lowriders, which is pretty much confusing and people don't really respect the C.C. member's lowrider just for the fact that everything looks the same, unless you attract attention by spamming your num. pad in such retarded way. I appreciate that members do have lowriders, but then, it is unrealistic to just not hear the car owner's story behind his lowrider. If there was more people around the faction that wanted to work on his vehicle, the Car Club would definitely enjoy to work together on that car. Unfortunately, as this is a game where in two seconds you have your car modified, a lot people just don't respect to role-play this. So I'd like to enthusiasm people that have crappy cars to give them this as a goal and turn them into just treasures by our role-play.

The events we will do are not just about to show off our rides but have a good time together as a club and as a family. You could get your dog out and just walk around with it, do a barbecue, talk with others about life or just anything, don't be afraid, talk more and get attached to the events just for fun. Don't lean on your ride like you're a faggot cholo, get out, do some walk, talk and just have fun, because the music from the boombox doesn't help you out, neither I'm your babysitter to give you fun.
Weaponry, in events, is obviously not allowed, any sort of drug possession is also not allowed, you may get a blunt or anything, yes, that's fine, but not cocaine, not meth, nor your mother's drug. If any sort of issue happens when cops find out that you either have a weapon or such drug that I mentioned, that person will be punished either in a verbal or physical way.
Our C.C. will have an illegal side and legal side, but this illegal side must be controlled and completely organized so the cops won't find out who is who. This means, no bullshit about shooting a law enforcement or something stupid in front of the public while representing your plaque.
We're not posers, we're not afk-leaners. Avoid any scenario like from the mission of GTA:SA related to lowriders. This is not faggotry-make-a-circle-event and such, be original, or just simply be normal. LSRP lowrider events in a nutshell. It is not really good to see a Sultan lowrider bouncing and making you get annoyed because of how much it bounces and the de-synced honk that keeps messing with your ears. This is how a real lowrider event could be held.
Almost every single vehicle from LSRP is allowed to be as lowrider. Willard, Primo, Clover, Sabre, Majestic, Washington, El Picador, Stafford, Regina, Perennial, Virgo, Esperanto, Camper, Emperor, Elegant, Premier, Tampa, Bravura, Buccaneer, Glendale, Oceanic, Intruder, Merit, Nebula, Vincent, Moonbeam, Admiral, Buffalo, Phoenix, Greenwood, Bobcat, Yosemite, Solair, Stratum, Cadrona, Fortune, Stallion, Sentinel, Pony, Burrito, Alpha, Euros, Uranus, Rumpo and Feltzer. As you may know, I didn't name the old and typical lowriders such as Tahoma, Savanna and such other typical lowriders, but that's because I want to give everybody an idea that, a Savanna, is not the only car on the lowriding world, this doesn't mean you can not join with a Savanna, but it's just an advice that there are more cars that can be turned into lowriders.
Just for the fact that you have a lowrider, it doesn't mean you instantly join the C.C. That's stupid, and if you expected that just for spamming your num. pad you get in the crew, unfortunately, it is not.
